Subscription Terms

Welcome! By subscribing to House4Startups, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Overview

  • The subscription is $200 per month.

  • It includes:

    • A custom WordPress website (up to 8 pages)

    • Hosting, updates, and ongoing maintenance

    • 10 hours of flexible business support each month (marketing, admin, customer service, etc.)

2. Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal (or your chosen payment method).

  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.

  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.

3. Website Ownership & Access

  • Editor Access: From day one, you can edit your website content (text, images, posts).

  • Ownership Transfer: Full ownership of your website transfers to you after 12 consecutive months of subscription.

  • If the subscription is canceled before 12 months, ownership remains with House4Startups.

4. Business Support Hours

  • Each month, you receive 10 hours of flexible support.

  • Support tasks may include: content uploads, product updates, landing pages, social media scheduling, email management, CRM setup, or customer support.

  • Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.

  • Additional hours can be purchased separately.

5. Website Delivery Timeline

  • Standard website launch: 2–3 weeks after content is received.

  • During light workload periods, websites may launch in as little as 1 week.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Subscriptions are month-to-month. You may cancel anytime.

  • Payments already made are non-refundable.

  • After cancellation, your website remains live until the end of your current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • House4Startups provides website and support services to the best of our ability.

  • We cannot guarantee specific business results, such as revenue, leads, or traffic.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Agreement

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Subscription Terms.
