By using House4Startups.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Services Provided

  • Custom WordPress website (up to 8 pages)

  • Hosting, updates, and ongoing maintenance

  • 10 hours of monthly business support (marketing, admin, customer service)

2. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscription is $200/month, billed monthly via PayPal.

  • Automatic renewal unless canceled.

  • Cancellation stops future billing; past payments are non-refundable.

3. Website Ownership & Access

  • Editor access: You can update content (text, images, posts) immediately.

  • Full ownership: Transfers to you after 12 consecutive months of subscription.

  • Canceling before 12 months means ownership remains with House4Startups.

4. Business Support Hours

  • 10 hours per month; tasks may include content uploads, social media scheduling, CRM setup, customer support, etc.

  • Unused hours do not roll over.

  • Extra hours can be purchased separately.

5. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard: 2–3 weeks

  • During light workload: as fast as 1 week

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Subscriptions are month-to-month.

  • Payments already made are non-refundable.

  • Website stays live until the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We aim to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific business results.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and complying with applicable laws.

8. Agreement

By subscribing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
